About AOEC and its "vision in summary"

A Gap Analysis Consultancy that helps incorporate a Veritable & Safe (VeriSafe) model for healthcare

Sustainable and SMART Convergent Healthcare is the need of the future. This vision is one where an organization's business model and distinctive aspects of healthcare are supported by best practices, and where challenges and problems in its Quality of Services are reduced via good organizational management methodologies

We find that (a) differentiating / structuring clinical data as Vital, non-Vital, Confidential & Sensitive, LifeScore related and Line Icon support data, (b) subsequently adding VeriWrite Compliance to sensitive clinical data can reduce the effort for clinicians to record, organize, maintain and protect collective details. We have insights illustrated in specific panels of this website.

Seamless access to healthcare services is important and is not always proximity based.

The interest is to provide a Seamless Care number and Emergency Response pincode to people who need it at first and then incorporate more support.

The Companion Card could have a triggered sensor tracking function that reports the location of a person needing “emergency help, outbreak related help or serious implication specific healthcare” to a Seamless Care network that responds to provide healthcare services to the patient/person in appropriate manners.

This solution will need the Companion Card to be more advanced than today’s cards, where so many exist today. The insight is to develop a Seamless Care network to step into this nature of need and have innovations support the solutions possible.

There can be 2 versions

(1) A regular Companion Card where the sensor function is not enabled

(2) An activated Companion Card where the sensor function is enabled and expects to be a simple or more futuristic adaptation for Seamless Care

Do it yourself options

There are many commercial GPS trackers available, but the costs may be higher than what a facilitator can afford to spend on Companion Cards.

One Do-it-yourself option on the Internet is as follows:

1. Use a plastic box to house an Ultimate GPS breakout Arduino  compatible chip/controller, a Particle Electron microcontroller with a 3G cellular modem, an Adafruit GPS chip, a Lithium ion Battery, a Breadboard, an LED, an USB board and an antenna connector. Sensor control could enable or disable the GPS tracking.

2. Place within the plastic box, the Companion Card with the required details facing outwards. For this, the plastic box will need to be transparent and this can help see the Companion Card details.

3. Building this Activated Companion Card can help serve more purposes than what we expect today

4. The ability to manufacture a cheap phone or Seamless Care device are steps that can be decided as fit.

5. As the world is moving towards 5G, we need to develop a Seamless Care network that either integrates into the wireless networking possible, or the 5G compatibility expected or the GPS solutions planned.

6. The current GPS trackers that are available commercially can be the option for this problem solving for Seamless Care. The extensive need may help the manufacturers reduce costs and breakeven.

7. There are options of GPS data loggers that do not need cellular SIM cards.

The Ayush Startup Challenge panel reviews the solution for making Ayurved a holistic form of treatment.

VeriWrite Compliance (Work in progress on completion of a DevPost hackathon)

Use the @Platform to share and manage practitioner/patient data

At the idea level: We intend to develop VeriWrite Persistence Key Stores. As SMART Phones may be preferred by practitioners and clinicians in independent clinics or businesses, the problem solving could be extended to

  • 1. Create a separate @persistence keystore that can be used by practitioner or clinician to prescribe and share diagnostic summaries with a patient

  • 2. Create a separate @persistence keystore that can be used to read, write, update, delete “Companion card data” where this data may be complete card information or may be key hole specific card information

  • 3. Create a separate @persistence keystore that can be used to read, write, update, delete “Health Policy data” where this data may Health Policy information or may be Claim information

  • 4. Associate Data sharing and privacy with these keystores, where the access to each data record could be

  • 4.a public: keystore data (like LineIcon card data) that can be read by anyone without need for authentication

  • 4.b shared: keystore data (like Prescriptions, Diagnostic summaries and Vital health data + Confidential & Sensitive card data) that the owner has explicitly granted the right to some entity to read it after proving they are who they claim to be

  • 4.c private: keystore data (like Healthcare Policy data) that is only accessible to the owner (requires authentication)

  • 4.* Add a notification verb for the keystores containing “Prescription”, “Diagnostic Summary”, “Line Icon data”, “Vital health + C-S data” to alert the @Platform VeriWrite application when new data shared by others is available

  • 5. Incorporate the monitor verb to create a persistence connection to the keystores to access / update data

  • 6. Enable new Vital HealthCare Applications that are certified as @protocol compliant (@pps) to access and diagnose data stored in the @persistence keystores for prescriptions and diagnostic summaries

  • 7. Enable new VeriSafe Healthcare Applications that are certified as @protocol compliant (@pps) to access and infer data stored in the @persistence keystore for Companion Cards like protected Vital health data + Confidential & Sensitive card data or public LineIcon data

Seamless Care (Work in progress)

Emergency Response pin code to Locate Healthcare Providers/Practitioners

We intend to design a Seamless Care framework and Companion Card to help people seamlessly connect to healthcare providers / healthcare practitioners.
The framework will help in the "understanding" of the healthcare services available, specialty offered, timings for services, rates, refunds, seamlessness for safe, veritable and immediate evaluation/diagnosis/care/operative procedures, different diagnostic services available, emergency help assistance available, further need based referrals possible.
To help we have included a First Aid Reckoner and Disaster Management (NEXT Steps) insight to sensitize people to the need of newer seamlessness.
