The Vantage Point Tool opens up a grid-based web framework for an organization’s shop floor, where different interrelated staff register into an Outcome-Collaboration -Management-Event-Wheel and participate.
​Vantage points are those elements/stages that are important for collaborative shop floor activities and connected manufacturing.
